All products sold by Sunshine & Poppies Compounds are intended strictly for research use only. Due to the nature of these materials, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

All items are non-returnable and non-refundable
Orders cannot be modified or canceled after submission
You assume full responsibility for your purchase

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To review your claim, we require:

Clear photos of the product(s)
Photos of the packaging
Order number and details

At our sole discretion, we may:

Replace the affected item(s), or
Provide a store credit

We do not guarantee replacements or credits for claims submitted outside of this timeframe.

Not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us
That all sales are final and non-refundable
